My Motivation and Purpose

You deserve to feel supported, understood, and empowered.

My passion for helping others is deeply rooted in my own experiences growing up in a family impacted by intergenerational trauma, challenging relationship dynamics, and communication struggles. My desire to better understand myself and the unconscious patterns I was unintentionally reinforcing in my own relationships led me down the academic path to studying psychology and social work, in addition to engaging in my own therapy to process these personal challenges. Having witnessed firsthand the life-changing impact of therapy, and now practicing therapy as a licensed clinical social worker, I feel honoured to support others as they navigate their own journeys toward healing and growth.

My approach is dynamic and collaborative, adapting to what is most effective and supportive for you at each stage of your journey. Every individual is unique, and I draw on a combination of therapeutic modalities to tailor the experience to your specific needs. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to provide a holistic and client-centered experience. By amalgamating these approaches, I aim to address the interconnected aspects of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while creating space for deeper self-exploration and healing. This method allows me to meet you where you are, guiding you through a collaborative process that fosters growth, resilience, and intentional change.
